Looking back III: The lady with the candle
At the end of the year it is a human habit to look back and reminisce a bit. And that is what I plan to do here during the last days of 2006, or as I called them The Dreadful Days before and after X-mas. ;o) Personally for me it was a wonderful year, where I met a lot of new friends, went to tons of meet-ups, had my first experience with being paid for my photos, I met a wonderful Czech woman who became one of my best friends. And besides all that I could fullfill an old dream I had of visiting some photo friends in Rio de Janeiro. But unfortunatelly it was also the year that my grandma died. I’ll remember her often. February was a wonderful month. And not only because it was such nice weather. But it was the first time that Irena and me met. This time for a long weekend in Leiden. Probably the best weekend in the year. ;o).
