Friends reunited
Last night some friends and I held a reunion party - we haven't all seen each other in ages, so it was really lovely to get together. These are some of the photos I snapped during the night. Dinner plates were all empty, and most people had seconds so I reckon the food went down well (hurrah - I organised that!), and I also took a photo of my drink and my H's drink by candlelight - we hardly ever get out together any more, so it was nice to do something social as a couple for once. It was a fabulous night :-) 17.01.09.

Babies in Toyland Party: MEMORIAL
Party in Austin, TX by an old friend from my high school on 5dec09. It was a good time, and I will be back. Unfortunately there was a death of a very close friend of the hostess, Jenny. At 7:30 PM on 5dec09 Andrea B. fell to spinal meningitis after a battle in the hospital that did not last even 48 hours. A beautiful woman who passed on in her early 40's who was an extraordinary artist and was much loved by many who attended the party. Surviving Andrea B. are her two children, one age 2 and the other age 12, and I am unclear at this point about the rest of the details. To the friends of Andrea B. and family, I never knew her but what I saw that night what I feel was the most faint light of her brilliance..
Quiz Team Christmas Party 2009
On Friday, December 18, 2009, the Bible Quiz Team from Calvary Church in Trumbull CT held our annual Christmas party at the 502 House. We had nearly all of the quizzers and their families, plus the new Youth Pastor and his wife. It was also the birthday of one of our quizzers - Cheesy. A good time was had by all..
