Pretty much any show you have seen on places in america where people go nuts on decorations....features 34th Street in Hampden Maryland. It is quite an amazing display, and this is a small slice of it.

Deal of the Day
After a Humbug Christmas with no decorations, I decided to see what was really cheap for leftover Christmas lights today. With an eye toward next year, I bought these candles - which run on LED lights to keep them cool and cut down energy use - for a dollar. Not a dollar each, but two for a dollar. I got enough to put in each window and I lit one up to show the color - it actually flickers. If you're an electronics dude, you know that if it flickers and it has LEDs, then it also has some sort of control chip. That's quite a bit of electronic components for 50 cents..
