The breakfast part of the drawing room looks onto the garden. The two Murano mirrors on the right wall probably come from an old French brasserie. On the ARTABA sideboard a collection of old decanters is displayed..

This was taken at house over looking a stunning stretch of beach at Muriwai in New Zealand. This area seems to produce some incredible lighting. I have the feeling it is something to do with the reflection off the sea and the light cloud/sea spray that seem to diffuse the light. Shot with Canon EOS 400D + Canon 50mm f/1.8 I didnt upload something the last days because I am in a kind of uncreative phase. I dont really like to go shooting and I am not having ideas neither. So I am currently looking through my archives and this is why I am pretty happy about this involuntary pause. There are many good shots on my HDD that are waiting to be processed and published.
