in a christmas photo , missy asked what we normally keep on this shelf. actually we had just put it up for christmas & had to figure out what to do with it now. we pulled some items from the guest room since hardly anyone is ever in there. and funnily enough, one of the items is a print she made for us! :).

I'm so sorry to be so behind on my Thank you's for all of my wonderful birthday and Valentine packages! I hope everyone will forgive me-- I love them all! Amber apologized for sending my birthday and Christmas presents together, but really, there was NOTHING to apologize for, as I adored everything! I seriously seriously love those Christmas scrabble decorations and if one of those had arrived on my doorstep in March I would have been pleased as punch! She also sent a wonderful charm bracelet, fabulous ring with flowers in it, a beautiful candle in a vintage bowl (that is such a good idea!), and a COWBOY hankie! Amber, thank you so so much-- I love everything!.

This goes out to my dear friend Ivy :) She did a post a few days ago with a book! Today I was peeling out my vegetables to make some soup, and came with the same idea! I keep telling her she inspires me... I know, I know, this picture is not as good as yours... but guess what? It's raining and it's a dark day! :s.
