Some years ago, nestle launched an advertisement campagne for YES in Germany with people giving away these little YES cakes as birthday cakes with a little candle on them. The situations were always rather sad, such as a rainy birthday during a camping holiday! Since then, YES is heavily associated with birthdays, at least for me!.
