Seems like it turned out alright. Again, a lot of flare around the brighter areas though. candles hanging from branchesLast night my girl and I had a lovely dinner in friends' new house. We sat under a big tree in the garden til it got dark and it was time to lit up the candles hanging everywhere in the tree :) It was so cosy and warm outside. In the meantime my girl's band practised and we talked about our travel to Madrid next week. I made a Rolleiflex version of this shot, but the ISO value on my light meter was wrong! This digital version should make up for it... Hope you're all enjoying the warm weather!

led hanging candlesWhen we tried to play Gnostica , we realized we needed even more light than the candles. Clint rigged up the LED flashlight hanging on the headless baby doll's legs, which coincidentally were turned backwards to create a creepier effect. This effect was not only mimicked in Xavier:Renegade Angel , but also makes for a superior LED flashlight hanging post. The light reflected off the table and back onto the ceiling, creating an interesting blue/red effect. If only I had a better camera... hanging.
