seashell centerpieceThis wooden bowl has been a centerpiece for a long time. It sits upon my dining room table. It has held a variety of items. Currently this is a mixture of seashells, wooden shapes, decorative corks, potpourri, and candles encased by wooden napkin rings. (I thought about buying metal rings for the candles but I think these work really well.) The bowl is sitting on a bamboo table runner I made by wiring 3 place-mats together.
led table candleOur wedding will be held in a heritage building, with lots of very old airplanes next door. This means we can't have any open flames. Instead, we bought a buttload of LED tealights. We're deciding on fonts/motifs for the "name cards" for the tables. We like the one with the large green bamboo on the front and the pink leaves on the side.
